Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay via PayPal, Maestro card, credit card, Shop Pay, Klarna Invoice, ApplePay, or GooglePay. However, we reserve the right not to provide certain payment methods.

Is my credit card data payment information and personal data secure?

We work with payment service providers Shopify Payments and Paypal to make your payment possible. This is done through a secure payment module. The payment processing is done by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.

We ourselves do NOT store credit card / bank data on our servers and databases of you!

How does the payment via Klarna invoice work?

With our partner Klarna you can easily pay your order by invoice. All relevant payment information will be sent to you by email from Klarna. You have 30 days from the order date to pay.

How does the payment via PayPal work?

For the payment via PayPal you need a PayPal account. During the order process you will be redirected to the secure payment page of PayPal and pay with your payment method stored in your PayPal account. PayPal processes the payment and forwards it to us accordingly. In case of a return, the paid amount will be credited to your PayPal account.

Where can I enter my voucher or discount code?

You can enter your voucher code in the "Redeem voucher" field in the shopping cart.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Maestro and VISA credit cards if the credit card payment method is generally available in the respective store.

When will the amount be charged to my credit card?

Immediately after your order in our store the amount will be charged to your credit card. If something is no longer available, we will charge back any money that may have been debited.
